Madrid Fusion is an international gastronomy summit held 25-27 January. 'Bacalao de Islandia' or cod from Icleand will participate at the event that is held at Palacio Municipal de Congresos, Avenida Capital de España, Madrid.  Please download the invitation

The event brings together internationally renowned chefs and new talent from a host of countries, as well as good food enthusiasts in general. It is a multicultural event with a range of activities, including: demonstrations, numerous tasting sessions of different products (oils, wines, hams, bacalao, beers, coffees...), auctions of delicate gastronomic gems, tributes, conferences and competitions to suit all tastes.

Two Michelin star chefs, Sergi Arola (Sergi Arola rest. Spain) and Eneko Atxa (Azurmendi, Spain) will prepare dishes with our quality salted fish from Iceland, in the Multipurpose Hall at at 14.15 Monday 25 January.
