Iceland Responsible Fisheries in Brussels  3-5 May

Iceland Responsible Fisheries (IRF) is participating in the European Sefood Exposition 3-5 May 2011, promoting the programme, the certification and the way forward in marketing of Icelandic seafood.

Networking session

Wednesday 4 May at 16.30 we will have a networking session at our booth #834 in hall 6. Specialists from Global Trust will join us as well as people from both the marketing and technical committee of the programme.

Lunch meeting

IRF invites buyers of Icelandic seafood and companies in the IRF programme to a lunch meeting Tuesday 3 May 13.00. Following a presentation of the programme and future developments, Quentin Clark, Head of Sustainability and Ethical Sourcing at Waitrose will discuss the importance of sustainable sourcing and the value of certification of Icelandic fisheries.
