The certification report for Haddock fisheries (January 23, 2015) has now been made available online. A fact sheet about the haddock fisheries with information about the catches, nutritional value, etc., is also available online.

From the report: "The certification covers the Icelandic Haddock (Melanogrammus aeglefinus) commercial fishery employing demersal otter trawl, longline, Danish seine net, gillnet, hook and line, and gears from other Iceland fisheries also landing haddock (indirectly) under the management of the Icelandic Ministry of Industries and Innovation and by international agreement, a very small number of Faroese and Norwegian vessels.

The full assessment (report code ICE/HAD/001/2014) was conducted according to the Global Trust Certification procedures for FAO – Based Icelandic Responsible Fisheries Management (IRFM) Certification using the FAO – Based IRFM Specification (version 1, revision 1) as the standard for assessment."
